At Hoyt Archery, we stand behind the precision and quality of our bows; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-configured bows and used equipment may be subject to specific restocking fees or limited warranty terms.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
